1.1. Operatorship: This website is owned and operated by NIRNTH, a premier design and apparel studio based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. All retail invoices, customer relations, dispatches, and electronic settlements are processed under the brand name NIRNTH.

1.2. User Eligibility: By using this platform, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are under 18, you may use this platform only under the active supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

1.3. Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, login passwords, and session data. You agree to notify us immediately at nirnthwear@gmail.com of any unauthorized access or security breach.

2.1. Product Descriptions: We strive for utmost accuracy in displaying the colors, fabrics, textures, and details of our apparel. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen display, monitor calibration, and lighting conditions.

2.2. Sizing Disclosures: NIRNTH specializes in relaxed, drop-shoulder, oversized silhouettes crafted from heavyweight 100% pure combed cotton. Comprehensive dimension charts (chest, length, shoulder) are published on our Size Guide. Artisan hand-stitching tolerances within ±0.5 inches are standard within luxury textile manufacturing.

2.3. Limited Runs & Pre-Bookings: Products tagged as “Limited Drop” or “Pre-Booking” are released in numbered batches. In the event an item becomes oversold due to simultaneous real-time checkouts, we will notify you promptly and issue an immediate 100% full refund through the original payment method.

3.1. Currency: All prices listed on NIRNTH are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR &rupee;).

3.2. Taxes Included: All published product prices are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) under Indian taxation laws. A detailed GST tax breakdown is shown at checkout and printed on your official digital tax invoice.

3.3. Price Adjustments: We reserve the right to modify prices, discounts, or promotional campaigns at any time without prior notice. Price adjustments will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.

4.1. Certified Gateway Processing: Online payments are processed exclusively through certified, RBI-licensed, PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateways (supporting UPI Apps like PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM; Visa, Mastercard, RuPay cards; Net Banking; and Wallet services).

4.2. Payment Failures: In case of an amount deduction without order generation (gateway timeout / drop), the payment gateway will automatically initiate a bank reversal within 24 to 72 bank working hours.

4.3. Anti-Fraud Measures: We reserve the right to review, verify, or decline any transaction suspected of card fraud, automated bot exploitation, or suspicious purchasing patterns to protect legitimate cardholders.

5.1. Order Confirmation: Upon completing checkout, you will receive an instantaneous order confirmation via Email and/or SMS containing your unique Order ID and summary.

5.2. Dispatch Timeline: Ready-to-ship products are dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours from our central dispatch hub in Bengaluru.

6.1. 7-Day Window: We offer a customer-first 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of confirmed delivery for size exchanges or defective merchandise.

6.2. Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled free of charge prior to warehouse dispatch. Once dispatched, the shipment must be received and processed through our standard return/exchange procedure.

7.1. Proprietary Designs: All trademarks, logos, brand emblems, typography, original vector artwork, Vedic and folk folklore interpretations, garment construction patterns, copy, and product photography displayed on this site are the exclusive intellectual property of NIRNTH.

7.2. No Unlawful Use: You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, distribute, or create derivative works from any website materials without prior written consent from NIRNTH. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited and protected under the Copyright Act, 1957.

8.1. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, NIRNTH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this platform.

8.2. In all events, the total aggregate liability of NIRNTH arising out of any order or transaction shall not exceed the exact total amount paid by the customer for the specific product in question.

9.1. These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you products or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

9.2. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
